Role Overview:
The Sales Manager at PIFL will be pivotal in driving our sales strategy and expanding our market presence. This position is responsible for leading our sales team(s), developing strategic plans to increase market share, and managing relationships with key clients. Reporting to the VP, Operations, you will be a key player in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your First 90 Days:
First 30 Days: Orientation and Integration
Immerse yourself in the PIFL culture, products, and sales strategies. Participate in comprehensive training sessions, shadow experienced colleagues, and begin to engage with key clients and stakeholders. Start managing basic sales tasks under guidance.
Next 30 Days: Strategy and Engagement
Take on increased responsibility by independently managing sales accounts. Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach and increase brand awareness. Begin identifying areas for improvement in the sales processes.
Following 30 Days: Independence and Growth
Gain full responsibility for managing sales operations within your purview. Demonstrate strategic planning and problem-solving capabilities. Drive initiatives to enhance sales performance and support our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the sales teams to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Manage relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners to drive sales and foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive results.

- Ensure effective utilization of CRM to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.

- Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
Requisites:
- Proven experience leading and developing a sales force across multiple industry divisions in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Experience with international sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in CRM automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Certification in sales or marketing (e.g., PMP, CIM) is an asset.
- Proficient in adhering to environmental and safety regulations within the industrial sector.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing relationships with third-party vendors.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.

Role Overview:
The Technical Service Representative at PIFL will perform on-site technical and administrative duties within a manufacturing environment at our customer accounts under the direction of senior staff or management. This position is responsible for providing technical support, managing chemical inventories, and ensuring the proper maintenance and performance of our products. Your expertise will help improve our customers' processes and ensure they receive the highest level of service and support.
Your First 90 Days:

customer satisfaction, reducing downtime, and enhancing the efficiency of
technical service operations. These goals are designed to guide your journey
towards achieving operational excellence and fostering a culture of
accountability and achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site technical and administrative duties in a manufacturing environment.
- Acquire, record, and analyze process and usage data, and report results to customers and management.
- Order and record inventory of chemical products, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Maintain tools and utility equipment such as pumps, sump suckers, and coolant dispensers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on fluid systems, including product additions, filter changes, and sump cleaning.
- Lead and conduct meetings with customers to review value propositions and best practices.
- Implement and follow safety protocols, perform pre-task plans, and conduct pre-operation inspections.
- Collect, analyze, test, interpret, and record machine samples, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct bio-stick dip tests of all sumps and central systems, and complete corrective actions as needed.
- Inspect, monitor, and maintain coolant filters, washers, paint systems, and air handling systems.
- Add chemicals, including coolants, greases, oils, lubricants, cleaners, and biocides to fluid systems.
- Develop reports regarding project and process improvements, and present findings to customers and management.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards at customer sites.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in technical service and chemical management.
Work Environment:
- Work in an office environment and a manufacturing environment; may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
- Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, and trip and slip hazards.
- Noise levels in the manufacturing environment can be loud.
- Ensure a safety mindset throughout designated areas of responsibility.
- Maintain the highest Environment Health and Safety standards while at the customer’s site.
Requisites:
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or equivalent experience. Knowledge of chemistry or science is essential.
- One to two years of related experience in manufacturing, with at least one year in chemical management services or metalworking processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers.
- Demonstrate basic mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, fractions, conversions, and proportions.
- Ability to analyze and produce data such as charts and graphs.
- Organized, with the ability to manage multiple demands, establish priorities, and respond to unanticipated situations.
- Proficient in Internet software, email, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, project tracking, and ERP software.
